  • Terms of Use for Information Dissemination:

    The document is an electronic record in terms of the amended Information Technology act, 2000, and rules and regulations made thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical and digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provision of Rule 3 (1) of the Information technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the terms of access or usage of RSGIO24 via RSGIO24 portal (mobile application and websites). This document meets the stipulation and conditions mentioned in Section 65B (2) Of the Indian Evidence ACT, 1872.

  • YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT:

    This is an agreement between you and RSG Trades & Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at Hotel Pride 24, Opposite New Bus Stand, Pipli Road, and DD Colony, Kurukshetra, Haryana-136118(India) (“RSGIO24”) that governs your use of the search services offered by RSGIO24 through its website RSGIO24(Decentralized Ads View Plan) mobile application or any other medium using which RSGIO24 provide the search services (collectively “Platforms”). When you agree or use any of the Platforms you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • CHANGES:

    We may periodically change the terms and site without notice and you are responsible for checking theses terms periodically for revisions. All amended Terms become effective upon our posting to the Site, and any use of the Site after such revisions have been posted signifies your consent to the changes.

  • HOW YOU MAY USE OUR MATERIAL:

    We provide the material through the Platforms FOR YOUR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.

    • RSGIO24 is not liable for any kind of damages, losses or action arising directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the content in the platforms including but not limited to decision-based on the content in the Platforms which result in any loss of data, revenue, profits, property, etc.
    • Accordingly, you may view, use, copy, and distribute the material found on the Platforms for internal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.
    • You are prohibited from data mining, scraping, crawling, or using any process or processes that send automated queries to RSGIO24.
    • We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information that you shared with us. Our policy to demonstrate our good faith.

  • CONTENT DISCLAIMER:

    • RSGIO24 communicates information provided and created by advertisers, software developers, employees, users, and other third parties. While every attempt has been made to ascertain the authenticity of the content on the Platforms RSGIO24 has no control over content, the accuracy of such content, integrity or quality of such content and the information on our pages, and material on the platforms if include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and we make no guarantees, nor we are responsible for any such information, including its authenticity, content, quality, copyright compliance or legality, or any other intellectual property rights compliance, or any resulting loss or damage.
    • Further, we are not liable for any kind of damages, losses or action arising directly or indirectly due to any content, including any errors or omission in any content, access and/or use of the content on the platforms or any of them including but not limited to a consent-based decision resulting in loss of data, revenue, Profits, property, etc.
    • All of the data on products and promotions including but not limited to, the prices and availability of any product or service or any feature thereof, is subject to change without notice by the party providing the product or promotion. You should use discretion while using the platforms.
    • RSGIO24 reserves the rights, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make an improvement to, correct any error omissions in, any portion of the platforms. Where appropriate, we will endeavor to update information listed on the website on a timely basis, but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies.
    • All rights, title, and interest including trademarks and copyrights in respect of domain name and platforms content hosted on the platforms are reserved with RSGIO24. Users are permitted to read, print, or download text, data, and/or graphics from websites or any other platforms for their personal use only. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission, and/or dealing with any information contained in the platforms in any other manner, either in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited, falling in which strict legal action will be initiated against such users.
    • Links to external internet sites may be provided within the content or website or other platforms as a convenience to users. The listing of external sites does not imply endorsement of the site by RSGIO24 or its affiliates RSGIO24 does not make any representation regarding the availability and performance of its platforms or any of the external websites to which we provide links. When you click on advertiser banner, sponsor links, or other external links from the websites or other platforms, your browser automatically may direct you to a new browser window that is not hosted or controlled by RSGIO24.
    • If any activity is done by the user on those websites, then only users will be responsible for that, RSGIO24 is not answerable for any activity on that.
    • RSGIO24 and its affiliates are not responsible for the content, functionality, authenticity, or technological safety of these external sites. We reserve the right to disable links to or from third-party sites to any of our platforms, although we are under no obligation to do so. The right to disable links includes links to or from advertisers, sponsors, or content partners that may use our Marks as part of a co-branding relationship.
    • Some external links may produce information that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We are not responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright, compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in any externally linked websites. We do not fully screen or investigate business listing websites before or after including them in a directory listing that becomes part of materials on our platforms, and we make no representation and assume no responsibility concerning the content that third parties submit to become listed in any of these directories.

    All those sections in the Platforms that invite reader participation will contain views, opinions, suggestions, comments, and other information provided by the general public and RS GIO24 will at no point in time be responsible for the accuracy or the correctness of such information. RS GIO24 reserves the absolute right to accept/reject information from readers and/or advertisements from advertisers and impose/relax Platforms access rules and regulations for any user.

    RSGIO24 also reserves the right to impose/change the access regulations of the Platforms, whether, in terms of access fee, timing, equipment access restrictions, or otherwise, which shall be posted from time to time under these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the user to refer to these terms and conditions each time they use the platforms.

    While an attempt has been made of ascertaining the authenticity of the content in the platforms, RSGIO24 are not liable to any kind of damage, losses or action arising directly or indirectly due to access and/or use of the content in the platform including not the minted to any decision based on contents in the platforms resulting in loss of data, revenue, profits, property, etc.RSGIO24 disclaims any and all warranties to the fullest extent of the law, including any warranties for any information, goods, or, services, obtained through, advertised, or received through any links provided by or through the platforms. Some countries or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from country and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

  • ABOUT US:

    RSGIO24 is an Information Technology-Based Web platform and registered under RSG Trades & Services Pvt. Ltd., which is working in different domains such as Website development, Mobile Application development, E-commerce, Trading, Hospitality and also providing online services like- Money Transfer and Website promotion, etc. You are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions specified in this membership agreement.

    All participants are free to leave their accounts at any time if they cannot follow the mentioned terms & conditions.

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

    • Users who all are 18 years of age or older can be a participant of RSGIO24 program.
    • The Participant should have his/her PAN Card (PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER)
    • The Participant must also have his/her Bank Account.
    • The Participant must also have an Android Phone and a valid E-mail id.
    • Participants must have an Identity proof (GOVT.APPROVED) for the related country.

  • HOW TO JOIN:

    • The participant needs a Sponsor-ID for account registration on RSGIO24'S portal.
    • While doing Registration, the user has to submit basic information such as date of Birth (DOB), Mobile Number, Email-id, Pin-code, Address details.
    • The Participants, who all are sharing their personal details with us, will be only used for providing services to the users. Please be assured, these details will never be shared with any third-party platform.
    • Users must be registered with a unique Mobile number and E-mail id.
    • Mobile number cannot be changed by the user again.
    • For Indian users must have entered a valid Pin-code to do the registration.
    • After registration, if participants want to change his/her registered e-mail id, so can change that only for one time through their own-side.
    • The email alteration process will be done via support ticket system and this can be changed only once.
    • Users are not allowed to maintain multiple accounts registered with different E-mail addresses. If any of the participants are found to be doing such inappropriate activity, then RSGIO24 will terminate his/her account and also take strict action against such users.
    • The Participants can use our Free services by default, If any of the users want to use our premium features then the Participant has to activate his/her account with the available subscription.

  • HOW'S RSGIO24 PLAN WORKS:

    RSGIO24 is basically working in Digital promotion. Joining the new users is completely free. The user can earn points by doing Digital promotion. Redeem option will be also available in the user's profile. Those are available on the RSGIO24 platform.

    Joining is free and 50 points are given to the participants as gift points on a signing. After sign up under the plan of RSGIO24 users have to do digital promotion, through that participants can earn 6 points every day.

    Digital promotion is of two types:

    • Free Mode
    • Active Mode

  • RSGIO24'S REFER AND EARN SCHEME:

    • Under this scheme, users can refer their friends and earn unlimited.
    • With the daily digital promotion, users can enhance their earning.
    • The awardees will also be awarded from time to time for doing good work and achieving targets.

  • Daily Working Policy:

    • In RSGIO24, we have a daily working policy. This literally means, from the day of joining you have to do the Free daily promotion and Active daily promotion(If ID is Activated) daily.
    • If a user has missed there daily task because of any reason, then his/her next day's income(Daily income/Team referral) will be stopped. Respectively, You have to do your daily task to receive the next day's income this is mandatory to all users.
    • For our new users, we give a day relaxation that literally states that if any reason you haven't done your daily promotion on the joining date, your next day's income will not be stopped. This advantage is only available for the new user for a day only.

  • OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS:

    • As you are connecting with the RSGIO24 program then you will use your own name and all accurate information with us. You will never use any fake details.
    • You will keep confidential your username and password.
    • Participants found to be doing with inappropriate activity or any illegal activity, then RSGIO24 will terminate his/her account and also take strict action against such user.
    • To redeem the points earned by the user will have to share his/her KYC details with us.
    • Please make sure that whatever password you ensure for your account is should be a strong password. A strong password contains a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuations.

  • PRODUCT PURCHASING:

    RSGIO24 is gifting shopping features to the users on its platform. Through which users can purchase the available product from the RSGIO24 portal with the help of earned point (condition's applicable).

  • MISUSE OF ACCOUNT:

    • Fake referral earning in the user's account that will be removed with an immediate effect. These types of activities violate our policy, against such users their account will be blocked, and with that company will also take strict action.
    • All the points will be forfeited from the user's account and shall not be credited in his/her account.

  • OTHER TERMS:

    • We don't provide one to one training session, but for the help of the users time to time video is upload on YouTube (information source) If still, any user is facing any issue, having any concern or query regarding RSGIO24 program then the user will have to contact us from the support section.
    • All accounts that violate our terms and conditions will be immediately terminated.
    • Kindly take the time to review the terms and conditions carefully before agreeing and using the website and our programs. RSGIO24 has complete rights to change the terms & conditions and instruction of work without prior notice.
    • You are expected to keep yourself up to date with the latest terms and conditions by reviewing the policy on a regular basis.
